Fancy Food Show Brings Exotic Chipotle Blend

White Jasmine, LLC just introduced their new Sajji Masala at this years Winter Fancy Food Show. This spice blend consists of Chipotle peppers, garlic, brown sugar, Mexican oregano, in addition to several other flavorful spices.

The particular Sajji flavor is a staple in the southern part of Pakistan, where traditionally many meats are marinated in delicious spices and roasted in hot sand. "Our goal was to capture that flavor and aroma, I would say we have been successful in doing that".

Sajji Masala can be used with any kind of meats, fish and vegetables. Some of our fans even use it in their egg salad sandwiches, this blend adds fabulous flavor to just about anything.

Try their recipes for Spicy Hamburgers and Sajji Garlic Chicken available on their website.

White Jasmine is confident that once you try their Sajji Masala, it will be really hard for you to stop cooking and trying this incredible spice in almost anything.

I have personally tried the sajji masala several times and have found the flavor it adds to be wonderful. So far I have used it on fish, burgers and chicken and each time was very pleased with the result. The same company has other spices and two additional blends which are very good as well. All the spices add that extra "something" that makes what you are fixing just that much better.

Sajji masala is great with tacos. We mix a tablespoon in with the ground beef. It adds a rich, sweet taste that really brings out the meat's flavor. And it has just enough heat to keep us warm on these cold Wisconsin winter days. My wife loves the tins that they come in. She says they add style to the kitchen and they're easy to use. Just pop the top, take a scoop or two and you're good to go. There's no doubt that sajji masala is the main spice blend in this house.

I am a HUGE fan of White Jasmine spice blends. I have the Sajji and Tandoori Masala at home and they have become staples in my cooking. Anytime I cook for friends they are begging for the recipe and raving about the aroma and intense, complex flavors. They are great on beef, chicken, veggies, fish, and even in dips! The tins are very attractive and easy to use. It's so nice to be able to just spoon out the desired amount you're looking to use rather than having to shake and shake like you do with other spice blends. These blends are so easy to use and spice up any dish. They have made cooking fun; it's great to be able to experiment with so many new flavors. Thank goodness for White Jasmine!

Here's another great product from White Jasmine LLC!
I agree with Joe Wisconsin. It's truely a "universal" spice blend. Indeed, the sajji marsala Chipotle Blend reflects the versitility of all the White Jasmine blends.
Here,in the South it could be found allong side the the table salt and peper shakers.
